How it works
Stacked discounts apply in sequence: 30% off plus a 10% coupon is not 40% — the 10% applies to the already-reduced price, for an effective 37% discount.
Sales tax is charged on the final reduced price, not the regular price.
Example
A $100 item at 30% off with an extra 10% coupon: it drops to $70, the coupon takes it to $63, and with 11.5% IVU you pay $70.25. You saved $37 off the original price.
