About MyPRTools
MyPRTools is a collection of free calculators and tools built with Puerto Rico in mind: IVU sales tax, overtime, car payments, the power bill and the math we all solve every week.
Why it exists
Most calculators online are built for other markets: they use tax rates from states that don't apply here, they are English-only, or they bury the result behind sign-ups and intrusive ads.
MyPRTools starts local: the IVU rate comes pre-configured, examples use real island situations, and everything is available in Spanish and English.
How it works
Every tool is free and works without an account. Calculations run directly in your browser: we don't send or store the numbers you type.
The site is supported by advertising. Ad spaces are never placed inside the calculators or over the results.
What comes next
This is the first phase of the project. The goal is to grow into a large portal of useful tools for Puerto Rico, adding new calculators based on what people actually search for.
